#28th Sketchcrawl in Seoul
Hongik Univ.
Tugsum, Han river
pen and watercolor

painters
I went to kangwon province with members of Outdoor Watercolor Group for painting. I sketched some of them who were painting on the spot. 40 members enjoyed three nights / four days' trip together. Sketching and painting in successive days would give various kinds of understanding and development to every participant.

Drinking so coffee body jittering paint.
Colored lacquer comes to the house and did.
at the stores of Insa-dong, Seoul
Sketched at the Samick Musical Instrument store located in Chongro 2-ga. The black hat used for the traditional farmers' folk band after harvest usually and Haegum(Korean fiddle) were hung. And kinds of drums were there.
In another store I found the wood ring used for piercing the nostrill of cow, and then pulling the cow for cultivating the soil at countryside. The cow is a symbol of wealth. So people like to hang it at house wishing to be rich and praying for the protecting of ancestor. Sometimes cow means their previous parents at dreams. The wood wild geese mean the affection between the married couple. So Korean people like to have them at home for the happy marriage life.
