Yesterday saw the picture again sketched seems to be a lack of re-visited spots painted. If not populated part it is. A slump. Upgrade is required.

어제 스케치한 그림을 다시 보니 부족한점이 있는것 같아서 다시 찾아가 그렸습니다. 그래도 채워지지않는 부분이 있네요. 슬럼프입니다. 업그래이드가 필요합니다.

Jongno Tower building could be found easily by its charateristic feature in Jongno street. Inside visitors can look out the street scene through big windowpanes every floor. I tried to sketch in 10th and 18th floor. The dark shadow thrown by the various kinds of buildings was changing and interesting. To sketch looking downward gave different fun from looking upward on streets. 

오늘 날은 추워도 햇살이 밝아 종로 타워에서 내려다 보는 풍경이 좋았습니다. 겨울이라도 강한 햇살에 크고 작은 다양한 그림자가 변화하면서 재미난 풍경을 연출하였구요. 보통 올려다 보는 풍경을 그리다가 따뜻한 건물안에서 조용히 내려다 보면서 그리는 또 다른 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 못 그린 부분이 많아서 종종 가서 그려야 할 것같습니다. 원래는 따따한 곳에서 여유롭게 수채를 하려고 했는데 붓을 안가져가서 연필, 펜으로 마쳤어요.

아주 간만에 그리는 어반스케치.

그동안 여러가지 개인사정으로 바쁘다는 핑계로 너무 그림을 놓고 있었던것 같습니다.

그럴수록 머리속으로는 항상 그림생각을 많이 하는데

잠깐의 틈조차 나지 않는 요즘이 빨리 지나갔으면 하는 바램입니다~

그래도 이렇게 야외로 나와 스케치를 할수 있어서 참 좋습니다.

좋은 사람들과 함께 그림도 나누고 재미있고 유익한 시간입니다.

some sketches at "Yeongdeungpo Times Square"

Yesterday, for the first time in the New Year, Seoul urban sketchers met at Times Square(타임 스퀘어) located near Yeongdeungpo Station(영등포 역). Yeongdeungpo Times Square is the largest shopping mall in Korea, and there are lots of interesting subjects for sketchers. Unfortunately, I couldn't help sketching for a short time because of an important appointment with my friend.The massive complex building is so attractive, I'll visit again and sketch more works when I get time.

거대한 규모의 복합 건축물에는 엄청난 소재가 담겨 있습니다.

많은 인파와 각종 이벤트~~큰 스케일에서부터 미세한 디테일...다양한 형태와 복잡하고 자유로운 선에서 나오는 매력... 짧은 시간이라 아쉬웠지만 스케치에 좋은 장소라서 자주 갈 계획입니다.

These days it keeps cold weather. We gathered at the atrium of Times Square located near Yeongdeungpo station. It's called the biggest shopping mall in nation. In big shopping mall we couldn't capture all in and out but enjoyed sketching inside among crowded people. Winter gave us special chance to draw inside the gorgeous building. We were glad to meet two new comers, Kim Hong Ryul and Seo Min Ho. Hope to meet all of you again!

여전히 차가운 날이 계속되는 가운데 오늘 영등포에 위치한 타임 스퀘어에서 새해 들어 첫 모임을 가졌습니다. 들어서면서부터 툭 트인 공간과 부드러운 각 층의 모습이 이색적이었어요. 오후 들면서 많은 인파가 몰려들었구요. 오늘 서민호님김홍렬님께서 오셔서 반가왔고 앞으로도 많이 참여해주시기 바랍니다. 감사합니다!
