Christmas Sketchcrawl

안녕하세요. 어제 스케치하느라 수고 많으셨지요? 서대문 독립문 일대가 형무소 역사관을 비롯하여 주변 산세와 아파트등이 사철 스케치하기에 아주 좋다는데에 의견이 일치하여 철마다 자주 모이기로 하였습니다.

Urban Sketcher 의 싱가폴 멤버인 Tia의 딸이 서울대에 한학기다닌다고요. 그래서 크리스마스무렵 서울에 오니 12월 22일에 서울 스케쳐들과 만나 스케치를 했으면 하는군요.

또 다른 소식으로는 호주 시드니에 사는 Steve(Stephen Kopp)라는 분이 이용환샘께로 메일을 보냈어요. 크리스마스 이브에 서울에 와서 2주간 머무는데 함께 스케치했으면 한다는 내용입니다. 분당근처에 머문다고요. 언제 할 수 있는지 알려달라는 답신을 보내며 USK Seoul 주소도 알려드렸구요.

스티브가 이틀 먼저 오면 티아와 함께 하면 더 멋지겠습니다만 아쉽군요. 우리도 올해가 가기전에 다시 한번 모여 스케치할 수 있어 기쁩니다. 자세한 내용은 또 올리겠습니다.

We may have one or two sketchcrawl more on Christmas season. Tia, USK correspondent from Singapore, will stay on that season and hopes to sketch on Dec. 22 with Seoul sketchers.

And Lee Yong-hwan received an e mail from Steve (Stephen Kopp) from Sydney, Australia. He wanted to sketch or paint with sketchers while his staying for two weeks in Seoul. He will arrive on Christmas evening. Hope Seoul sketchers to join the coming Christmas sketchcrawl together.

2009 Seoul Snow Jam

This night, I sketched World Snow Jam Festival at Gwanghwamun Square in Seoul.

White slope under dark sky,bright electrical post and a number of dynamic snow boarders were impressively attracted my mind. There was an air of Fantasy about this scene.
