2019년 5월 모임 안내

안녕하세요!

계절의 여왕인 5월이 다가 왔습니다. 5월 모임 안내입니다.

장소 : 체인지 업 캠퍼스, 파주시

날짜 : 2019년 5월 25일(토요일)

시간 : 오전 10;30부터 오후 4시 30분, 입구에서 만나고 그림 감상도  같은 장소에서 합니다.

종전에는 영어 마을로 불렸던 아름다운 건물이 모여 있어 그리기 좋은 장소입니다. 

다소 거리가 있으므로 일찍 출발해야할 듯합니다. 그날 뵙겠습니다. 

Sketches at Gangbyeon Techno Mart Sky Park

          It was so warm .I felt like early summer weather
          but afternoon, the spring wind was a little strong
          I came in out of the wind.
          The 9F of the Techno Mart has a good landscape
          with Han River ,Olympic Bridge, Han River railroad
          Bridge across it
          Many people were enjoying the view of Han River
          from high above. I thought
          it's good for sketching place in summer or winter .

          강변 테크노마트 9층 하늘공원은 주말임에도 붐비지않고
          조용해서 그림그리기에는 최적의 장소였다 .게다가 10층
          영화관에 둥글고 길쭉한 통창으로 파노라마처럼 펼쳐지는 풍경
          또한 좋은 소재가 되었다 .살짝 더웠으나.. 어반은 지금 제철이다.
          여름,겨울 실내작업에도 조을듯~~

So good was it. Seoul is a lucky city maybe for the Han River. But it's not common to see it from good location. The Haneul Park(9F) of the Techno Mart, Gangbyeon Branch may be one of the best observatory with its good scenery. Beside the nice view on 9F rooftop it presents wonderful cityscape through big pane glasses along the corridor of CGV floor on 10F where visitors can read books with beverage while waiting for the movies. We enjoyed sketching there too. I'd like to visit there from time to time on hot or cold days. 

오늘 날씨가 퍽 좋은 편이었다고 생각됩니다. 적당히 따갑고, 바람도 선선하고 무엇보다도 시원한 한강을 바라보는 것은 쉽지 않은 행운이라고도 할 수 있겠습니다. 이런 저런 어려움을 돌이켜보면 더욱 그러하겠지요.

Sketches at the pro/con rally about abortion rights

A week ago I could pass the rally of pro/con for the abortion rights in front of the Constitutional Court located at Jae-dong, Jongno-gu. Lots of groups gathered for their opinions to affect the vote of judges about the constitutionality. The result was "unconstitutional". I could hear the shouts and sighs from both sides while drawing these. I felt just complicated though my pen was running on papers. I tried to put myself to others' shoes. I added colors at home later. 

지난 4월 11일에 헌법재판소를 지나게 되었어요. 근처에 볼일이 있어 들렀다가 그날이 마침 낙태에 관한 헌재의 결정이 있는 날이라 많은 찬/반 시위자들이 모여 있더군요. 촛불집회에서도 수차 스케치를 했었으나 사안에 대한 느낌은 달랐습니다. 군중을 피해 이리 저리 옮겨가며 펜으로 그리고 집에 와서 물감 칠을 했습니다. 그리는 동안 함성이 들리더니 '헌법 불합치'로 결론났다는 말을 들었습니다. 마음 속이 복잡한 것은 사실이었습니다. 시대가 변하는 현장에 있게되어 두서없는 스케치로라도 동참하였기에 몇장 올려봅니다.
