It was very cold so much that ice skimmed the palette while painting watercolors. In spite of unfavorable conditions, I couldn't help sketching very hard in front of the wonderful subject. Insa-dong is the most suitable location for our sketchers in all respects.

Today I went to Insadong to meet my friend for visiting galleries. While waiting for her to arrive at, I sketched people in front of an elevator at the lobby of Daeil building, Insadong.

sketches at Chungryangri Market

The market was always crowded with merchants and customers from all over the city, nearly all over the nation, I guess. I bought some kinds of vegetable and dried jujube for tea.
Wandering around the market seems to give a lot of energy to live.
