6월 스케치 모임 취소 안내

요즘 메르스의 전파로 계획했던 스케치 모임을 아쉽게도 취소하게 되었습니다.
다음 달 7월 25일로 예정되어 있는 48차 스케치 크롤 행사에서 만날 수 있기 바랍니다.
건강한 여름 보내시기 바랍니다.

Cafes in our town

Petit cafes came in our town so our town became bright.
I drew them in the morning, so I didn't draw people. On lunch time, people came and chat in cafes so the street is full of energy.
Signboards with awinings and charming decoration make the atmosphere of the town.

I drew with pencil and pen to show tight and free style line.
I don't know what my style is yet.

우리 동네에 예쁜 카페가 들어와서 거리가 환해졌습니다.
나는 아침 일찍 그려서 사람이 없지만, 점심 때는 사람들이카페에 나와 담소를 나누면 동네는 활기 차집니다.
간판과 멋진 어닝과 아기자기한 소품들이 동네 분위기를 만들어 갑니다.

연필과 펜으로 또박또박하거나 자류로운 선으로 그려 봤습니다.
어떤 것이 나의 스타일인지 모르겠습니다.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

at Seonyudo Park

남편이 애 봐줄테니 오늘 하루 자유시간을 가지라고해서 야호 외치고 아침 일찍 집을 나왔습니다.
선유도공원에 다녀왔습니다.
요즘 수채연필을 새로 사서 이것저것 그려보는데 재미가 좋습니다.

2015년6월4일 구의동 영화사
오랜만에 절에 들렀습니다.
마침 바람이 불어 풍경소리가 마음을 평화롭게 해 주었습니다.
대청마루에 앉아본것도 간만이었구요.
시간가는줄 모르고 집중해서 그린  기분좋은 시간이었습니다.

맥주 마시면서 그림 그릴 때 주의할 점은,

그림 한장 그리고 나면 안주가 사라진다는 점이죠...ㅎㅎ

새로운 안주가 나와서 그려보고 싶다고 무턱대고 그려봐야...

색칠 좀 해볼까~ 싶으면 대상이 사라지고 없어욬ㅋㅋ

안주 다 먹고 없으면 앞에 앉아 있는 사람을 그려요..

그림을 좀 못그렸다고 해도 괜찮아요

취해서 그런거라고 하면 되요...ㅋㅋ

담에 우리도 한잔 하면서 그림 그리고 놀아도 좋을것 같아요

커휘를 한잔 해도 좋고요~ㅋㅋ

sketches around Gyeonghuigung, Seoul

Last Saturday YH Lee and I visited Gyeonghuigung Annex building of Seoul Museum of Art to see the 2015 The World Watercolor Triennale. After appreciation the wonderful works of global watercolorists we moved to the back garden of Seoul Museum of History which located next to the Gyeonghuigung.  We found a nice place in the back yard of the museum. It was cool with breeze though the garden was very hot. Additionally there were long benches, tables and comfortable chairs for the visitors to be able to take some rest after walking around the exhibition halls.  

While sketching a lady and a man came to see our works. A young lady had great interest in sketching and sketchers. We talked a while about our activity too. She promised to participate in this month's meetup. The man was a martial art man who teaches 'Palgwejang'. YH Lee volunteered to sketch him on the spot. He took a pose as a martial art man. He was very pleased to have his portrait and asked us to come to see the practice which would be in the back yard of Gyeonghuigung. 

After finishing sketching we went to see the martial art. Several guys were practicing it after him turning round. Because I didn't want to be nervous about being sketched while practicing the martial art, I moved to another place and sketched one more in pencil. You can see his practice here. Though we didn't know his name but 'Mugong', we shared thoughts: "All arts arrives at the same destination." For the Gyeongjuigung and the museum locates near in downtown with a big gallery, it can be a very nice place for sketchers and the people too.

지난 토요일에 이용환 선생님과 서울 시립미술관 경희궁 분관에서 열리는 2015 세계 수채화 트리엔날레 전시회를 감상한 후 경희궁과 서울 역사 박물관 주변을 스케치했습니다. 박물관 후원의 너른 쉼터에서 스케치하는 동안 젊은 여성과 무술인의 만남이 있었어요. 여성분은 스케치에 관심이 많은 분이었고 무술인께서는 45년간 무술을 단련해오신 만나기 어려운 분을 뵐 수 있었어요. 이 선생님께서 '무공'선생님을 즉석 스케치하여 선물해 드리고 무술과 미술의 궁극적인 교감에 관해 짧지만 의미있는 소통을 하였구요. 실제 무술 훈련이 있는 경희궁 뒤운동장에까지 초대해주셔서 진기한 무술 연습을 볼수 있었던 것도 스케치를 통한 만남이라 생각됩니다. 여성분은 이번 달 스케치에 참석하겠다고 하시더군요. 꼭 뵙기 바랍니다. :)

Sketching at Chungdong Observatory and Seoul City Hall

비오는 토요일 아침
유병화샘, 이용환샘과 정동전망대에서 만나 스케치했습니다.
정동길은 마침 정동야행축제 준비로 많은 사람들이 북적이더군요.
행사장을 스케치해도 좋을 것 같았지만 비가 오는 이유로 시청건물 안에서 스케치하기로 했습니다.
저는 새로 지은 시청 건물에 처음으로 가봤는데요 신기하고 재미있는 공간이 많았습니다.
시청건물과 서울도서관건물을 이곳저곳 구경하고 다녔답니다.
유샘께서 "강남촌놈 오늘 서울시청구경 잘한다"고... ^^
즐거운 스케칭데이였습니다.
불쑥 밤중에 내일 스케치하실래요?하고 문자했는데 흔쾌히 함께 해주셔서 감사했습니다~

in our kitchen

나의 부엌을 소개합니다.
아이들이 어릴 때는 설겆이를 하고 그릇이 마르기도 전에 다음 끼니를 준비 했는데
요즘 아침은 가족들이 각자 아침을 먹든 안먹든 부랴부랴 직장과 학교로 나가버리고
점심때 나 혼자 있을 때는 남은 반찬을 처분합니다.
예전 처럼 매끼니는 챙기지 않아도 부엌은 늘 어수선 합니다.
예쁘게 꾸며 보려고 스위치 위에 미니집을 붙여 봤습니다.

I'd like to introduce our kitchen.
When my children were young, I had to do meals for family before wares dried.
Now in morning, our family are going out busily to their place of work or university whether they eat or not.
On lunch time, I eat rest of the meals alone at home.
I don't prepare for meal everytime but the kitchen is nutided anytime.
I put the minihouses on top the switch to decorate the kitchen.

Yesterday YH Lee and MK Kim met for sketching around Seoul City Hall. Though it was cloudy and rainy a little lots of citizens came to enjoy the weekend and the various events such as Jeongdong Night Culture festival for citizens, among which the American embassy opened its garden for citizens for two days. People lined up in rows to enter out of interest to have a look because it was the first open to public since 1976. We wanted to see it but one hour was ahead to enter, so we moved to the city hall. Fortunately there was a music performance which was held once a month by citizen project with concept "Citizens Hall provides relaxation and comfort". We were lucky to meet such wonderful event without any information in advance. We couldn't pass the chance to draw the musicians above all. It kept for three hours. While undergoing the show the announcer Moon So-Ri asked me to come to stage and interviewed me what we were doing and why. I told her and audience about urban sketching. It's very unusual for both the players and sketchers to share the scene directly. She showed one watercolor sketch of 10cm to audience, they applauded! After the performance ended she came to us and talked about our activity. She told she was very impressed having portraits of YH Lee on the spot. Sharing activity and results for public gave a great joy for all.

어제 김미경샘, 이용환샘과 시청서소문 별관에서 만나 그림그리다가 비가 좀 오길래 시청 청사로 갔어요. 광장에는 많은 인파가 토요일을 즐기고 있었어요. 청사 안에 뜻밖에도 "토요일은 청이 좋아" 행사가 있었어요. 3시부터 젊은 가수들의 공연이 있다고 해서 맨 앞에 자리잡고 관객도 그리고 뒤켠의 바이올린 연주자도 그렸어요. 본공연에 앞서서 리허설이 있더군요. 키도 맞추고 하는 일인가본데 우리는 티비에서 그냥 보기만 했는데 전의 과정이 복잡하더군요. 그러는 동안 연주자들을 그릴 수 있어서 좋았구요. 본 연주하는데 아마도 저희가 스케치하는 모습을 유심히 보셨던 문소리 아나운서께서 저를 무대로 불러서 이것 저것 물어부셔서 우리 활동을 짧게 소개하는 기회가 있어서 보람있었어요. 이선생님이 연주자 스케치 한것과 아나운서님 인물 드로잉을 선사하면서 서로가 기쁜 마음이었습니다.  비오는 날에도 스케치하자고 제안하신 김미경선생님 감사합니다. 덕분에 좋은 시간 보냈어요!
